Peggy Perdue

Peggy Regina Perdue, age 75 of Gallatin, passed away March 2, 2023.  She was born in Corinth, Mississippi on November 4, 1947 to the late Troy and Frances Phelps.  Peggy grew up in Cornith along with her sister Lynda, and later moved to Memphis, TN, then to Little Rock, AR.  She worked for many years in the insurance industry, mostly as a independent contractor for Met Life.  It was in Little Rock that she met her husband, Greg.  They were married on July 4, 1993.  They later moved to Gallatin, TN, where they have been for the last 20 years.  She is survived by her husband and life partner Gregory Perdue, and her sister Lynda Rineheart (Charles) of Corinth, MS.  A graveside service for Peggy will be at 2pm on Wednesday March 8 at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Gallatin, TN.
