Carol Cronin

April 3, 1954 — July 20, 2021

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

-----

Carol Cronin passed away on July 20, 2021. Carol was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter and friend. Within moments of meeting Carol, you would discover two things. First and foremost, she was a proud mother of two and grandmother of four. Secondly, you would learn Carol was a Christmas enthusiast, nicknamed “Christmas Carol”. She would, unapologetically watch Christmas movies year round.

Carol adored her family and would gladly give the shirt off her back to bring a smile to their faces. She was described by many having a heart bigger than her wallet. Perhaps Carol’s most memorable trait was her contagious laughter. She was always quick to laugh and used that laughter to carry her through the good times and the bad. She most certainly passed that trait onto her children.

Carol is survived by her children, Sarah (Mike) and Johnathan; grandchildren, Jonah, Finley, Scarlett, and Magnolia; siblings, Kevin (Jackie), Colleen, Kathy (Terry), Shannon (Jeff), and Dan (Janet).

It should come as no surprise her family is asking people to wear the Christmas colors of red and green to the funeral instead of a traditional black.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake in Hendersonville, TN on Wednesday, July 28th at 3PM. Family will receive friends from 2-3PM prior to the mass.
