Sidney Holbrooks

Sidney Lee Holbrooks was born in Virgie, Kentucky, on January 10, 1944 to the late Healtha Hudson Holbrooks and Noah Holbrooks. He departed this life on June 8, 2015, at the age of 71 years. Sidney was married to Dorothy Cantrell for 47 years. To this union was born a daughter, Diana Lynn Holbrooks, of Portland, TN, and Scott Lee Holbrooks, of Gallatin, TN. In addition to his wife and children, he is also survived by three granddaughters, Kayleigh Jessie Holbrooks and Catherine Blaise Holbrooks , both of Portland, TN, and Jaclyn Sydney Holbrooks of Whitehouse, TN, and a great granddaughter, Magdelina Cook, of Portland, TN. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Visitation for Mr. Holbrooks will be at Crestview Funeral Home 1623 Hwy. 109 N., Gallatin, TN 37066, Thursday, June 11, 2015, 4-8 pm and Friday, June 12th, 12-1 pm. The service will be held in the chapel of Crestview Funeral Home at 1 pm. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens. (615)458-1943
