Shirley Holgerson

Shirley Ann Holgerson, age 77 of Westmoreland and formerly of Georgia, passed away October 14, 2015 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Holgerson was born on June 29, 1938 in Columbia, KY to the late John and Mattie Mae Wyman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Holgerson; 5 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Wright (Tommy) of McDonough, GA, James Kincheloe of Lake Park, FL, Johnny Holgerson (Saundra) of Social Circle, GA, Jeana Wingert (Tony) of Westmoreland, Jerry Holgerson of Ellenwood, GA and Joel Holgerson (Jennifer) of Westmoreland; grandchildren, Kelly Allen, Carolyn Haas, Caitlyn Whiticker (Steven), Rachel Morris, John Curry (Alexis), James Curry, Heather Lokey (Josh), Sydney Holgerson, Amber Funderburk, Joel Holgerson and Reed Tuggle (Ashley); 17 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Glenda Reed, Pat Carlton, Larry "Buddy" Wyman (Janis) and Bobby Wyman. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 16th from 4-8 P.M. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th at 11:00 A.M. in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park, Georgia.
