Sharen Kay Pope, 69, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at her home in Gallatin, Tennessee. A true southern belle, Sharen was known for her fiery spirit, keen sense of humor, and strong will. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, as she consistently displayed her profound love for the Lord.

Sharen’s zest for life was vividly reflected in her interests, especially her love for antiques, which she often integrated into her home and lifestyle. Her impeccable organizational skills were admired by many, showcasing not only her capability but also her dedication to creating an inviting and orderly environment for family and friends.

A devoted member of House of Grace Assembly Church in Gallatin, Sharen actively participated in her church community, where her faith guided her daily life and interactions. She cherished her close familial ties, leaving behind her loving siblings: Angelina Irwin, Wille Gene (Betty) Traffanstedt, Betty (Bobby) Pewitt, and Siong Hauptly. Sharen also had a special place in her heart for her several nieces and nephews, each of whom she adored and cherished.
