She is survived by her loving husband, Howard Templeton, brother, Harold Hackett, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside ceremony will be conducted on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 2pm in Crestview Memory Gardens 1623 Highway 109 North Gallatin, TN 37066 (615)452-1943.
