Richard Alvie Belcher, age 75, of White House, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife and son.
Richard was born on November 14, 1950, in Hendersonville, Tennessee, to Ollis and Mary Jo Belcher. He spent his life devoted to family, friends, and the things that brought him joy, like spoiling his grandchildren and traveling. He proudly served 16 years in the United States Air Force before retiring. After his military career, he began working for Schneider Trucking, where he went on to achieve the impressive milestone of driving one million miles during his time with the company.
He is survived by his wife Kyong (Kim) Belcher, and son Richard Belcher, and his wife, Krystal, along with their two children, Kinsley and Kyle as well as his surviving siblings Danny, Rebecca and Mary along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply. He was preceded in death by parents, Ollis and Mary Jo; and siblings, Bobby, Jeffrey, Mark, Alicia, and Charles.
Those who knew Richard will remember him for his love of his of family, his humor and never taking life too seriously. He will be greatly missed especially by his wife of 48 years, Kim.
Visitation will be held at Crestview Funeral Home, on Saturday, March 14, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM, and continuing until the funeral service at 1:00 PM.
Entombment in Sumner Memorial Gardens Mausoleum will immediately follow.
The family would like to thank hospice, and his Right At Home caregivers, for their compassion and care during this time.
