Raymond Rogers

Mr. Raymond Paul Rogers, age 71, of Bethpage, TN, departed this life on February 9, 2021. He was born on March 1, 1949 in Lafayette, LA to the late Ernest Rogers and Cecile Doris Simon. He is also preceded in death by his wife of almost 50 years, Lydia Marie Rogers; two brothers, Robert James, and Allen Ray; and one sister, Brenda Faye Robin.

Raymond was a handy man, he could always be found outside in his garage fixing something. He also enjoyed helping people in any way that he could. He was loved by many friends and neighbors and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his children, Rickey (Sonya) Rogers, Shane Rogers, Brandi Rogers Simpson, Wendy (Mike) Williams, and Crystal Dugas Thomason; grandchildren; Zack and Jordan Simpson; Selena and Tyler Rogers; Tymber, Tyler, Tre and Teah Thomason, Nicole (Brian) Myers, Mandy(Josh) Baker, and Michael Williams; brothers, Ron Rogers, Carl (Debbie) Simon; one sister, Glenda (Ken) Faulk. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A life celebration will be held at a later date.
