Rachel Farris

Rachel Lou Spann Farris, age 69 of Gallatin, passed away March 28, 2017 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Farris was born in Davidson County on July 27, 1947. She was the daughter of the late James and Mary Spann. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Spann. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Hank Farris; her son, Brian Farris (Rosella); and her sister, Ruby. A Graveside Service will be conducted on Friday, March 31st at 2:00 P.M. in Crestview Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 12:00 P.M. until time of service.
