Patsy Ann Gray, age 80 of Lebanon passed away September 25, 2018. Mrs. Gray was born in Trenton, Tennessee on August 31, 1938 to the late Fredrick Guy Harrison and Ressie Lee Phelps Harrison. She was born and raised in Trenton where she graduated from Peabody High School in Gibson County, Tennessee where she played basketball. After high school she attended beauty school and was a beautician for many years. Mrs. Gray was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray "R.T." Gray and her brother, Bill Harrison. She is survived by her daughters, Terri Henley (Jeff), Vicki Silcox (Chris), and Tanya Evans (Jeff); 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Bobbie Jean "Susie" Parnell; several nieces and nephews. A Life Celebration Service honoring Patsy will be held on Friday, Sept 28th at 9:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Nashville National Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, September 27th from 2-8 P.M.
