Patrick B. Hendrick, age 51 of Portland, passed away February 29, 2020. Patrick was born in Portland, TN on April 2, 1968. He is preceded in death by his father, William Wayne Hendrick; and grandparents, William Thomas Hendrick and Bessie Hendrick Walker. He is survived by his mother, Betty S. Storment; daughter, Krista S. Hammonds (Jeremy); grandson, Nicholas Allan Hammonds; sister, Vickie I. Hendrick; brother, Scott D. Hendrick; nephew, Noah Butler; aunt, Laura "Jo" Burris; and uncle, Roy T. Hendrick. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, March 5th at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with Dr. Travis Fleming and Bro. Charles Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday from 4-8 P.M. and Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until time of Service.
