Myra A. Wilcox, age 79 of Gallatin, passed away September 28, 2022. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 6, 1943 to the late William and Nora Bievenue. She is survived by her children, Cheryl Lynn Schramke (Michael), James Frances Wilcox II (Amie), and Debra Evonne Baggett (Douglas); grandchildren, Nicole Marie Leckner (Jonathon), Amanda Mae Wren (Matthew), Michael Patrick Schramke Jr. (Kathryn), Thomas Jim Henry Reynolds (Jennifer), Joshua Nelson Clark (Diana), Victoria Suzanne Wilcox, Samantha Rose Smith, Taylor Jane Baggett, Megan Rose Bowman (Robert); great-grandchildren, Abigail Grace Leckner, Ethan Wyatt Leckner, Owen Matthew Leckner, Allie Ray Reynolds, Farrah Rose Bowman, Atticus Lee Bowman, and Emmet Emerald Bowman; sister, Lois Marie Kendal (Tim). Myra retired from the Federal Government after working many years for The U.S. Defense Mapping Agency in St. Louis. Myra was a fiercely independent woman, yet found her greatest joy when in the company of her family. In her younger years Myra was an incredibly accomplished seamstress, and the dexterity of her finely tuned fingers served her well, as an avid jigsaw puzzle enthusiast. A gathering for family and friends to celebrate her life will be at Crestview Funeral Home in Gallatin on Saturday October 15 from 11am – 2pm, with interment to follow at Crestview Memory Gardens.  Celebration of Life will also be on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the VFW Post 2593, 2301 Church Road, Arnold, MO 63010
