Ms. Linda Joyce Dowell, of Hendersonville, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2020. She was born on August 16, 1943 to the late Homer and Willie Cook. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Lee Dowell.
The family will have a graveside service at 12pm on Tuesday, November 17th at Crestview Memory Gardens.
