Age 52, of Bethpage, passed away April 17, 2015.

"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on." - Robert Frost. Kay would have wanted it to go on for those she left behind. She was an amazing woman who had a warm heart and loved every soul she touched. Never meeting a stranger, she tried her best to leave a smile on the faces of who all she met. Kay had also loved the little moments, be it surrounded by her friends or watching her grandchildren play. She was a wonderful mother, a dependable friend and an incredible grandmother. She will be missed.

Preceded in death by her father, John Edward Lee. Survived by children, Heather Michelle Crook (Jason Monk, Fiancé) & Christopher Allen Crook; grandchildren, Morgan Elizabeth Monk & Annabelle Marie Monk; mother, Ruby Jewel Hill; brothers, John Edward Lee Jr. (Betty), Wayne Lee (Donna), Billy Lee (Paige) & Jeffery Lee; sister, Brenda Hughes; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
