Karen Anderson Harris

Karen Harris, age 53, of Gallatin, departed on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on December 16, 1971, but she was raised and spent her life in Gallatin.

Karen enjoyed spending her time watching hummingbirds and was a DIY craft queen. She loved to celebrate the holidays and created many of her own decorations. She was also a fan of 70’s and 80’s music and watching thrillers, whether that be horror or sci-fi movies.

Karen adored her family, and she was affectionately known as Aunt KK, or Granny KK to her precious granddaughter. She will be dearly and sorely missed by many.

Karen Lee (Anderson) Harris is survived by her daughter, Rachel Jacobs (Steven); son, Tristan Harris; granddaughter, Reagan Jacobs; mother, Gale Brown; father, Gary Anderson; sister, Melissa Horsley (Ray); brother, David Anderson (Christie); niece, Autumn Anderson; as well as several aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Hazel Brown; and her paternal grandparents, Roland and Mary Anderson.

Visitation will take place at Crestview Funeral Home, on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M.; immediately followed by a graveside service in Crestview Memory Gardens, officiated by Doyle Farris.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request monetary donations to assist with Ms. Karen’s final expenses.
