Joseph Reneau

JOSEPH DONALD RENEAU

86, died at home December 11, 2022. He was born September 17, 1936, in Russellville, Ky the son of Virgil T and Mildred T. R. (Kirby) Reneau. Don graduated from Central High School, Class of 1955. He served with the U.S. Navy 1958-1962. Don married his sweetheart, Joyce, and they settled in Mount Juliet, TN. After retiring from Nissan in 1998, Don enjoyed working on anything mechanical, attending car shows and gardening.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by wife, Wilma Joyce (Robinson) Reneau and brothers, Thomas, Robert, and Mark. Surviving is his sister, Bettye (Glen) Freudenthal, Brother-in-law, Gordon (Ann) Robinson, Nieces, Kathy (Wade) Groves, Susan (Stanley) Morgan, Laura (Larry) Ragan, Lisa (Steven) Douglas and Nephews, Matthew (Angie) Freudenthal, John (Leslie) Reneau and Brian (Cindy) Robinson.

A celebration of his life will be held at his home January 7, 2023 at 11a for close friends and family. A graveside gathering will be planned at a later date at Crestview Funeral Home, Gallatin, TN
