John Quijano, Sr. - Age 63 of Gallatin passed away January 5, 2014 after an extended illness. He was born in Manhattan, NY in 1950 to the late Esperanza and Nicaesio Quijano. John was a quiet man, who loved his oldies music and had a chuckle all his own, dance moves that were just his and a way about him that he would smile silently most times. A man loved by his daughter and son, and he loved them in return. He was a true patriot that served his country honorable in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He truly will be missed. Preceded in death by his brother, Robert. Survived by his twin children, Linda Morrison and John Quijano, Jr.; his wife, Maria, and her gracious loving family; sisters, Olga, Jenny, Eva, Ivonne and Ina; brothers, Joe Nicasesio, Jr. & Edwin nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Life Celebration will be held 11am Friday at Crestview Funeral Home with burial to follow at Crestview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4pm - 8pm Thursday at CRESTVIEW FUNERAL HOME 1623 HWY 109 N GALLATIN TN, 37066 615-452-1943 crestviewfh.com
