Jeffrey Shane Cornwell, age 43 of Portland, passed away March 18, 2019. Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Lisa Cornwell; children, Haleigh Walden, Hannah Cornwell, Alyssa Cornwell, and Jacob Marina; his mother, Joy Rhodes; sister, Debbie Guy; and grandchildren, Grayson Moore, Easton Agustin, and Violet Cornwell. A Life Celebration Service honoring Jeffrey will be held on Sunday, March 24th at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until time of service.
