Guy A. Taylor, age 95 of Castalian Springs, passed away August 1, 2017 at his home. Guy was born on September 5, 1921 in Jackson County, TN to the late W.L. and Ethel Holland Taylor. He was born and raised in Jackson County before his family later moved to the Cages Bend area in Gallatin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann T. Taylor and brothers, O.Z. Taylor, C.B. Taylor and Windon Taylor. He is survived by his brother George (Dimple) Taylor, sister-in-law, Elease Taylor (O.Z.); companion and caregiver, Mina Martin; several nieces and nephews. A Life Celebration Service honoring Guy will be held on Saturday, August 5th at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Luther officiating. Entombment will be in Crestview Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 4-8 P.M. and on Saturday from 10 A.M. until service time.
