Earnest "Wayne" Nelson, age 61 of Westmoreland, went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2020. Wayne was born in Gainesboro, Tennessee on February 10, 1959 to Robert Nelson and the late Margaret Nelson. Wayne loved to fish and he loved his Ford truck. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Annette; niece, Holly; and his grandson, Shawn. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Jeanette Nelson; father, Robert Nelson; sons, Roger Smith (Heather) and Carl Smith; daughters, Shawna Hurst (David), Honey Huff (Chris), and Crystal Smith; 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ricky, Robert, Michael, Charlie; and sister, Allison. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Cody, Tillman, Kyler, Nathan, Justin, Christopher, Adam, and Cody. Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, February 17th at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Case officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 12:00 P.M. until service time.
