Mrs. Carol Beth Slagle, age 37, passed away on April 2, 2020. She was born on April 29, 1982 to the late Ruth Marie "Pat" and Larry Slagle.
Carol Beth is survived by her wife, Kim Slagle; her children; father, Larry Slagle; brothers, Gary (Sharon) Slagle and Steve (Tina) Slagle.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 6th at Crestview Memory Gardens at 3pm. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
