Aurelia Gheletca was born December 21, 1949 to parents Pricopie & Garafina Coca. The fourth of five children, Aurelia was sister to Vasile, Ghita, Mica and younger brother Ionel.

She was married to and now survived by Gheorghe Gheletca on January 1, 1969. She was a loving mother to her 9 children, Liliana who passed only days after birth, Daniela, Lidia, Daniel, Cornelia, Doina, Geta, Cornel and Jessica.

Aurelia took great pride, loved and adored her 29 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Sadly, today we hear that Aurelia Gheletca has passed, but we know that is not true, not one word of it. We know that she is alive and well and in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We know that she no longer experiences pain. We know she no longer sheds tears. We know that the eternal promise of Heaven is in front of her, and while we here tearfully mourn her loss, we know she is looking down on us smiling - telling us that she is home.

Though Aurelia Gheletca is no longer with us here on earth, we draw strength from the promise that those who confess with their mouths and believe in their hearts that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior will one day be reunited with her.

And while Aurelia didn't know the exact time or day of her triumphant entry into Heaven, we can take peace knowing that today she is there reunited with her parents, her daughter Liliana and her 2 son in laws Lazar Tiboca and Stefan Iacob.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, July 14th at 11:00 A.M. from the Bethel Romanian Church of God, 585 Harris Lane, Gallatin. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, July 13th from 6-8 P.M. also at Bethel Romanian Church of God.
