From the family; there are no amount of words that can express what she meant to us. Whether she was your friend, your sister or your devoted wife there are several things that you knew for certain.

She was your biggest fan and supporter for whatever it was that you were doing. She was so proud and would share with anyone that would listen. Strangers knew of her grand kids greatest accomplishments and her children's biggest triumphs. As far as her devotion to her Al, all you needed to see was the way she looked at him when he wasn't looking; it told you all that you needed to know. She would re account each detail, giving it the flare that only Alice could give.

When she traveled, she wore red, white and blue in support for her country. Stemming from a long line of family serving in the military, she was fiercely patriotic and was unapologetic for the privilege of being so. With Alice, you knew what you were getting in the first 10 minutes of a conversation with her.

We would like to say thank you for your continuous support and prayers as we move through this transition. In lieu of flowers, we are requesting that donations are made to the National Diabetes Association or the Wounded Warrior Project.
