Words can not express how much Lee meant to me. I was fortunate to work with him at NHC. He volunteered to be my mock patient for my Master of Nursing program. He was not shy to be put in a video for my nursing program. He gave me many words of encouragement. You will definitely be missed Lee.

I was receiving updates on Lee’s condition, through Facebook friends, and from Lydia. I found myself expecting a message saying he was making a miraculous recovery. With much sadness, that was not the message that came. I can not put into words, what a great friend he has been to me over the many years I have known him. I will miss my friend.

I did not know Lee very long I’ve just been working with him the past year at Hendersonville medical center. Devastated to hear the loss of Lee. I worked with him for a few years at Hendersonville and he was so kind. He always made our day when he would drop by the nurses station to chat and talk about life. I will miss him dearly. Prayers that everyone he touched and made an impact on celebrate that Lee is singing with the Lord right now, he’s not sad he is the happiest he’s ever been! We should be jealous because now all the angels are in his presence. RIP Lee

From the days at Sumner Regional and then on to Hendersonville one thing never changed, and that was the fact that you always had a smile on your face and it was your goal to make everyone’s days brighter in some way!!! You always knew what was needed to help out and make every day better. You will be greatly missed by so many!!! Until we meet again…

I truly miss you each day at HMC! I look around the office where you assisted the Supervisors in decorating so we could make it home like. 😊 The last thing was the large clock on the wall in front of our desk, every day I check the time I think about you, your giving to all the staff and patients at work and how it’s not the same without you. Rest In Peace my friend!

Lee, You will be missed but never forgotten. We shared many adventures my friend. Growing up next to you was never dull. We spent our summers in Castilian Springs running wild. Riding motorcycles places we should never have gone; none of us had a license at just 15. Going to the boat dock and the lake swimming almost everyday. Riding to the store for snacks. School at GHS was just another adventure. Lunch with all of us was always a hoot. Then we graduated and you joined the Marines. Okinawa never saw you coming I’m sure. We always thought you would be the last one to settle dow; if ever. Then you met Lidia. Lee was married and before we knew it ,he had a wife and a house and a real job. Since those days, we all moved on with LIFE. Now I have to say goodbye to you my friend, but I will see you again…for I know where you and I will spend eternity. Youthful exuberance gives way to a lifetime of wisdom.

    Love You Lee

Lee, my precious brother, we were close and always could make each other laugh. But knowing that my brother did so much for other people makes me believe what a good heart he had. Lee would literally give you the shirt off his back to make your life better.

I will dearly miss brother. It was a true blessing to have Lee as my brother. Rest In Peace Lee.
