To the McKnight Family and John,

Words cannot express our sadness to hear of Helen’s passing. She was truly a wonderful lady, always putting the needs of others first. She lovingly and unselfishly cared for Mom during her later years and remained a dear friend. During my last conversation with her last week, she expressed how fortunate and happy she was to have John in her life. This is a true loss for everyone that knew her, however, it is not “Goodbye” but “See you soon”.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all,

    Libby and Wade Staley

I remember, as a boy, selling eggs to your Mom and Mrs. Ferguson on Saturday mornings. I also remember the many football games in the front yard! I am so sorry to learn of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family.

Our deepest sympathy to all the Family. Helen was a dear friend. I remember the 8th. grade with her. We had so much fun going to the 8th. grade at the American Legion Building on East Main St. I remember when Homer died and attending his funeral. Louise McKnight was my cousin. So we talked a lot about families when we would see each other. She always attended our GHS class of 1952 class reunions. We will miss her this year. God knows best and John you have good memories, I know. May the Lord Bless each of you and give you strength at this time of sorrow. LOVE, RUTH, SALLY AND JO ANN.

Deepest sympathy to Helen’s loved ones. Helen was a presious person, one I was blessed to have known. Some of my fondest memories is her laugh, and her ability to talk with her hands, you know, she could really get into the story sometimes. She will be missed, and for me she will remain A-9. Love you Helen.
