I can’t find the right words of comfort to say during this difficult time. My heart goes out to Mikki, Chris and Laura during this time of loss . He will surely be missed by many.

I am glad that he became part of my family and have loved him since I’ve known him. He has been nothing but good to me during the years and I am forever grateful of his kind and generous nature. RIP Uncle Dave.

David was my cousin. I have only fond memories of him as a boy when he would visit the Huntsville area with Uncle Lawrence. My most distinct memory is going hunting with him, about 40 years ago. he was intelligent, funny, and gritty and we hated to hear of his passing.

All of the Gipson family members in the Huntsville area send our condolences and prayers.

Mouse has shown us love, brought us joy, and made us laugh. He has given us the lasting gifts of a beautiful life and blessed our memories forever. Mouse you were a super co-worker and a great friend and will be missed greatly. At a time when words are so hard to find…may his family be reminded of his great love and devotion as well as that he will continue to live within their hearts forever.

David was my first cousin, our moms were sisters. I regret that I have not had any contact with David for many years after my family moved form Huntsville to California. I have fond memories of when we were kids growing up together. Every summer I would spend a month in Nashville with my uncle Lawrence, aunt Pearl and David. i can remember how much fun we had playing ‘David Crockett’ and taking swimming lesions together. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

David was one of my favorite nephews. My son and daughter grew up with David when they were young and we lived in Alabama before moving to California. I will always cherish the memories of our visits to Nashville when we would come home to Alabama on vacations. My sympathy goes out to his family and friends.

David and I were cousins. His late father, Lawrence Gipson and my father, Winfred Gipson were brothers. I have a lot of special memories of our childhood together, especially during Thanksgiving/Christmas Holidays and Summer Vacations at our Aunt Josie’s.

Prayers of Strength to his Family!
