Mr. Billy Allen Eubanks, age 67, of Gallatin, passed away on May 15, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Jackson, TN on March 5, 1954 to the late Lonnie and Annie Sue Eubanks.

Billy loved spending his time fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

Billy is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mary Eubanks; daughters, Jessica (Marshall) Williams and Jennifer Peach; grandchild, Alexandria Overton; brothers, Larry (Rosemary) and Bobby (Angela) Eubanks; sister in laws, Janet P. Lee and Pat (Yuri) Yancy; father in law, Matt Gaines; brother in laws, Richard (Teresa), Bubba (Tammy), Don (Brenda) Gaines; and special friends, Polly and Ed Downs.

A life celebration will be held at 3pm, Thursday, May 20th in the chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with burial in Crestview Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 11-3pm prior to the service on Thursday.

    Billy was a great guy that I had the pleasure to get to know and work with. I can say that, I will miss him and regret that we didn’t get to spend time together fishing and telling stories.

    So sorry to hear about Billy! He was a great guy. I always enjoyed our talks to and from work in Gatlinburg. He helped keep me awake on those long drives home with his funny stories. Billy was a good guy and I will sure miss his phone calls. Sending prayers to the family.

    We had the privilege of building Pigeon Forge Intermediate School with Billy. He was a great superintendent and an even better man. Our condolences to all his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
